Ordering & Shipping Information - what you need to know.
Information on ordering and shipping our products to the United States and Internationally.
Please read and understand all information before placing an order.


Orders shipped to the United States:

Thank you for your interest in our products! Placing an order indicates that you have read, agree to, and accept all Terms and Conditions.

We offer most of our products 4 ways:

  • 1 - Unassembled kit of parts that need to be soldered onto a printed circuit board (NO Case).
  • 2 - Unassembled kit of parts that need to be soldered onto a printed circuit board - with a plastic or metal case (if available).
  • 3 - Assembled and Tested (A&T) - ready to use - (NO Case).
  • 4 - Assembled and Tested (A&T) in a plastic or metal case - ready to use.

    Radio cables are NOT included, but can be purchased separately. USB cables are provided when applicable.

    How to Order:
    Every product has a "Add to Cart" button. Simply navigate the main page of the desired item and place the item in the shopping cart. Quantities can be changed after adding the item to the cart. Shipping costs are calculated on the dollar amount of the order.

    Payment:
    Payment is processed directly online from the secure links inside each products web page.
    I cannot process orders over the telephone.
    You pay securely online with a credit or debit card or PayPal. I use the PayPal payment portal for securely processing the online payment. There is no requirement to have or to open a PayPal account.

    Shipping & Handling:

    Shipping and Handling is calculated at checkout for all orders. The cost of shipping and handling increases depending on the dollar amount ordered. This is to cover the processing, packaging and additional insurance, when available.

    Default Shipping Method - Terms and Conditions:
    Orders to US destinations are shipped in a box using USPS Priority - Insured.
    A tracking number is provided after your order is processed - usually the next day or shortly thereafter.
    By placing an order - you are agreeing to and accepting all Terms and Conditions.

    Lead Time:
    We generally ship next business day, but please understand it may take as long as 10 to 14 days between payment and shipment to accommodate the assembly and testing - especially on larger orders. This assembly might be done by Kevin, or someone else highly qualified and trained to build our products.

    Your order might ship from any of three locations, and some orders will ship from different locations depending on current stock, assembler work load and type of products ordered. If you order a kit along with assembled and tested DRA, RA or RL products - chances are your order will ship from different locations. We have stocking DRA, RA and RL assemblers in California, South Carolina and Florida. Kits and all other products ship from Florida.

    NOTE:

  • Make sure your shipping address is correct at time of order!
  • If necessary - correct it before you place an order.
  • I can not / nor will not change your shipping address for several reasons - including voiding buyer and seller protections.
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • All packages are shipped via USPS with a tracking number to the address provided at the time order was placed.
  • We have no control over your package once it is placed in the USPS outgoing mail slot.



    Orders shipped to International Countries:

    NOTE: As of May 1, 2026, International Orders are not able to be processed using the shopping cart.
    Please email Kevin and request an invoice for the goods you'd like to purchase. Shipping will be calculated and added to the invoice.

    International Orders - Terms and Conditions:
    International orders are shipped in a box using USPS First-Class - International® or GlobalPost® and a tracking number is usually available. These are economical but generally slower methods of shipping. These shipment methods are not insured or guaranteed, and I cannot assume responsibility for the delivery. I don't ship internationally by any other means - so please be advised that while I've generally had good success using these methods - there are no guarantees on the part of USPS, GlobalPost or Masters Communications that your package will arrive in a specific amount of time - or that it will ever arrive. If you're not willing to take a chance on a lost International shipment - do not place an order. By placing and order - you are agreeing to and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

    Duty - Tax - VAT (import - export or other fees) are the responsibility of the buyer.
    Masters Comunications does not collect, pay or process Duty - Tax or VAT for Domestic or International purchases.
    Where applicable, I claim "Amateur Radio Use" in the Customs Declaration and supply a Amateur Radio HS code. In some Countries, this may avoid Duty - Tax or VAT, but I don't guarantee it.

    Import Brokerage and Clearance Agent: If your shipment requires a broker or agent to handle and process your package for being accepted into your Country - those fees are the responsibility of (you) the buyer.
    Masters Comunications does not collect, pay or process Broker or Agent fees for Domestic or International purchases and shipments. We will provide an electronic Commercial Invoice if possible.

    International Returns - Terms and Conditions: Change orders must be received and approved prior to shipment. Once shippied, the order is considered final and cannot be returned for any reason. Discrepencies in quantity or quality must be received in 10 days after the order is received.

    European Union's General Data Protection Regulation Disclaimer:
    We (Masters Communications) don't manipulate or sell any personal information to others. We just use our customer's email addresses to send personal replies to inquiries and orders.

    California Prop 65 Statement:
    WARNING: Products available from this site contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer. Specifically:
    1 - Lead.
