We offer most products 4 ways:

1 - Unassembled kit of parts that need to be soldered onto a printed circuit board (NO Case).
2 - Unassembled kit of parts that need to be soldered onto a printed circuit board - with a plastic case.
3 - Assembled and Tested (A&T) - ready to plug in (NO Case).
4 - Assembled and Tested (A&T) with a plastic or metal case - ready to plug in.

Orders are processed directly online from the secure links inside each products web page. I cannot process orders over the phone.

Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout for US and International orders. Paying some amount for shipping is required, and the cost increases depending on the dollar amount ordered. This is to cover the processing and additional insurance, when available.

We generally ship next business day, but please understand it may take as long as 10 to 14 days between payment and shipment to accommodate the assembly and testing. This assembly might be done by me, or someone else highly qualified and trained to build DRAs.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at PayPal.
I can not / nor will not change it for several reasons.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All shipments are shipped via USPS with a tracking number to the address provided by PayPal.

We have no control over your package once it is placed in the USPS outgoing mail slot.

International Orders are shipped using USPS First-Class International® with tracking. This is an economical but generally slow method of shipping. This shipment method is not insured or guaranteed and I cannot assume responsibility of its delivery. I don't ship internationally by any other means - so please be advised that while I've generally had good success - there are no guarantees on the part of USPS or Masters Communications that your package will arrive in a specific amount of time - or if it will ever arrive. If you're not willing to take a chance on a lost shipment - do not place an order.
